Is it possible to have CLM and JAS run on the same port?

We currently are near project completion for Rational Tools upgrade (DNG, QM).  Firewall requests for Govt network admins to process can take up to 3-4 weeks to get approval.

We've been provided an alias i.e. CLM.mil which moves traffic to server:6443.  When JAS prompts a login, it says page cannot be displayed.  I messed around a bit and changed the URL/port numbers for JAS appconfig.xml as well as the teamserverproperties for RM to use 6443.  The result was that I could manually enter the /jazzop/form/login successfully, when I could not in the past, however, none of the CLM apps would load.  Entering just the hostname gave the default websphere liberty page.  The CLM apps are on Websphere integrated console 8.5.5.

So it seems that the CLM.mil can go to whichever is listening on port 6443, but not both.  Currently, I'm trying to install the jazzop.war on the websphere app server alongside the CLM apps to see if I can run it all under the same server, but if anyone has any suggestions/experience with this, or CLM/JAS + f5 proxy servers, please let me know.  Rational support does not support f5's.

It is a basic rule that only one application can listen to one server port. Otherwise the question is very confusing to me and I am not really sure what you are trying.
