RTC com.ibm.team.apt.common.resource.IContributorAbsence not found after adding the Plain Libaries to the classpath

Hello.

I am using the IDE Intellij. I have added the SDK for the client, server and the plain java libaries. But I am still getting one error that it can't import the IContributorAbsence.
