Problem solved. It's a certificate issue with the RQM server. Import a new certificate and problem is resolved.

 Hi Connie,

Actually even I am facing same issue. I cannot connect RQM & RFT. It shows- " Cannot connect to URL."
We work in secured area. So, do we need VPN access?
So, can you help with this issue  ?

My problem was due to a certificate issue with the RQM service. Once I imported the appropriate certificate, the problem was resolved.

correction: RQM Server
