Reliability of Quick Search in RQM

Gabor Federics (34718) | asked May 18 '17, 3:29 a.m.

Hi All

I've just noticed that the quick search in RQM is not always reliable.

I understand that it is a full text search and therefore we are using it that way. But still there are some cases that I can reproduce, where there would be an exact full text match in one of the test steps of a test script, but the quick search does not find it.

Do you have similar experience with this feature? Are there known bugs or planned improvements?

Thank for your answers
Best Regards

Gabor Federics

Hi Gabor,

If you do not get what you expected, consider rebuilding textindices by reportools.

Also very similar issue is updated yesterday in this forum. Looks like there is a known defect in 6.0.3.
