How do I have to call RQMCopyUtil to copy roles and workflows from one QM project to another?

To enforce same roles and workflows in many QM projects, we need to copy the roles and workflows from time to time.
Using -listArtifactTypes there is a lengthy list but I wonder which type will address roles or workflows in the project area.
Version used is 6.0.3

You can create a role and workflows in a project area. Export it via Export process template. When you create a new project area, import that process template and create project area using that template.
