I have a test case which is linked to a test script. Now if i approve the test case, do i have a follow up action which will automatically approve test script as well ?

Hi, Rachan

This feature is not existing in RQM. Approving a test case will not automatically approve the linked test script(s).
you may raise a new enhancement from: RQM RFE
