RQM Excel Import Tool: Unable to import "owner" field for test case

Terrence Nixa (111) | asked Oct 29 '13, 11:39 a.m.
I am using RQM Excel Importer version 3.0.1.6 with MS Office Excel 2010 version running on Windows 7. My RQM server is on version 3.0.1.6 also. I am able to import all the other fields I have tried for a test case except for "owner". In the configuration file I have tried both testcase.alm:owner=B and testcase.jzalm:owner=B but neither of them work.

Terrence,

The contents of the field must be the username, not the user's full name, email, or other value.  For example, instead of "John Smith", you would need to put in 'jsmith1', which is our hypothetical test case owner's user ID.
