Execute 1000 test cases in minimal time.

I have around 1000 test cases,is there any way that test cases come automatically while execution in RQM. I am running test cases through test suite but every-time i have to go and click on start manual test and start next test case, which i want to skip.
Any other suggestions are most welcome. Is there any way to execute all the test cases in single click.
