How can I create a project in the sandbox?

I am trying to create a sandbox project using IE 11, and have tried multiple times (6.0.3 iFix003 and 6.0.4 M5), but the project creation wizard is stuck in the "Running pre-validation checks" stage.  The project status remains at "0% Complete."

Are there any workarounds or is this an issue with the sandbox environments?  Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

In looking into this further, I noticed in the server log that the sandbox project (and application project areas) were actually created successfully.    In fact, if you do a browser page refresh in IE 11 (with "Creating your project (0% complete)" showing), the refreshed page will show that all project areas were created successfully.

I tried creating the project using Chrome and was successful. Thank you for your help.

It Seems that you don't have the license to create a Project Area

Or there is some issue with DB and CLM Connectivity. Please try the same using any other Browser. It doesn't seems like a browser issue.

This does seem to be browser related.  Using Firefox ESR 45.9.0, I successfully created a 6.0.4 M5 sandbox project.  Using IE 11 for Windows 7, I see the same error -- stuck at "Creating your project (0% complete)"

Can you try using Firefox or Chrome?
