How do I get all custom attributes of a test plan and test suite

Hello,

when I query the custom attributes of a test plan or test suite in RPE 1.3 against RQM 5 test plans only 5 custom attributes are returned . I've used the query testsuite/customAttributes/customAttribute for the test suite data. How could I get all custom attributes?

As far as I know, test plans, test suites and almost all other test related concepts are part of RQM and not RTC.
