Test Plan parameter keeps loading while executing Execution Status by Owner using Weight (Live) in RQM 4.0.3

"Test Plan" parameter keeps loading while executing "Execution Status by Owner using Weight (Live)" in RQM 4.0.3.

It finally opens but takes more than 15 mnts to open. I believe there are only 52 Test Plans.

I tried IE 11 and Chrome v53.

Please suggest.
