Jazz have adaptors for Test Complete, QC and Hiperstation

Do you mean RTC or RQM? Jazz is the foundation which these tools are built on. I'll assume you mean RQM.

Test adapters, in the context of RQM, refer to runtime execution of remote tests. The current adapters we have for tools outside of IBM are for QTP (Quick Test Pro) and LoadRunner. More are on the way. We do not have adapters for Test Complete.

Given that Quality Center is another management solution, are you looking for migration from QC?
