"Semicolon expected" in Export to Word XML File w/

After exporting a requirement artifact to MS Word format I am getting an error:
The XML file cannot be opened because there is are problems with its contents

The Details of the message show:
Semicolon expected
Error location: Line: , Column:

The artifact includes a Link to an RTC work item. When I remove the Link from the artifact I am able to open the exported document.

Using RRC 1.0.0.1 client, 1.0.0 server.

Is there a special format when inserting link to RTC work items that I need to follow. Captured the URL to the WI by copying from the browser.

I have created this work item for the problem you ran into:
Cannot open exported word docs when the rich-text document contains an anchor that has an '&' character (18874)
It will be fixed in the 2.0 GA release.
