Administrator for the KC database?

Who is the administrator for the Knowledge Center database? One of our user IDs is incorrectly listed so that the user does not receive notifications from work items in the KC database. The administrator must reset the profile for this user ID, however we do not know who to contact.

As Knowledge Center is an internal system I suggest you open a service request there.

I opened a service request in the KC jazz database. The respondents closed the request because they did not know who was the database administrator.

If you ask about CS/Next, you may have a better chance to find it out. But to be honest, it is not really a good idea to discuss internal administrative issues on a public forum.
