CLM 5.0.1 is installed on Linux. Database is DB2. Existing projects in RTC, RQM and RRC are created using Scrum process template. I created new projects using OPAL process template.

I want to know if project artifacts such as Work Items in RTC, test artifacts in RQM and requirements in DOORS NG can be exported from Scrum based projects and imported into OPAL based projects. If so what is the best way to export and import artifacts ?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

For RQM you can use the Duplicate functionality; here is an example for a Test Case
This will allow you to copy the Test Case across the QM project areas for this Server
