How to get all test plan name starting with "ctp" present under one project area in RQM using OSLC query?

as the wildcard is only supported in oslc.where for the property (or identifier) of the term, I am not sure how to filter 'all test plan name starting with "ctp"' I don't think this would work for you but maybe someone else can suggest further: ps://server:port/qm/oslc_qm/contexts/_7C2_YDQIEeKh2o37xigryw/resources/com.ibm.rqm.execution.TestcaseExecutionRecord?oslc.where=dcterms:title="ctp*"

The RQM OSLC QM API does not support wildcards in predicate values (see http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/OSLCCoreSpecQuery).  However, the RQM Reportable REST API does (see https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi#wildcard).
