Load balance change when viewing user profile
Hi
In RTC 2.0, when working with a plan, Planned Items tab, I notice the work Load states something like 36/50 for a person. When you open that persons profile from that view, then return to the Planned Items page on the plan, you will notice the work Load is now 36/0 for that person. And, likewise with other users, it will always drop to #/0. You have to close the plan and reopen, or refresh for this to be corrected. I only seem to see this happening from a particular plan ( it will be called Plan A) the others in the project seem to be OK.
Also, If I have Plan A open and then open say Plan B, I can open a persons profile in Plan B that I know exists in Plan A. The odd thing is, only Plan A's work Load will change to #/0.
Any ideas what might be happening?
My thanks in advance

What is the start/end date of the iteration the plan is created for?
When the user editor is opened, the resource allocation data gets
refreshed, then the plan editor updates itself with the newly loaded
information.
For whatever reason, the data loaded by the user editor seems not to match
the resource data loaded by the plan.

Hi Mike
Here is the information you requested in the attachment. The start date
to this plan is 9/15 ending 9/28. This is limiting the effectiveness of
the tool and reducing its value in sprint planning meetings.
Thanks for all your help!
