Scroll bars on Planned Items tab for "View As" ite

JAZZ DEVELOPER
In the plan view in RTC 2.0 Eclipse client, when you click the "Planned Items" tab in the iteration plan, there are several options on the far right under "View As", "Actions", "Exclude" etc. Is there suppose to be a scroll bar that allows you to scroll through those options when the screen does not show all of them?

unfortunately, there's no scrollbar. please open a defect. Thanks!
