how to aceess time tracking values in RTC workitem using plain java api

0	Girish Jangame (11●1●7) \| asked Feb 01 '17, 6:09 a.m. I want to develop a plugin in which The workitems can be saved if and only if the Time Tracking value is equal to 2 or grater then 2. please help me how I can fetch the values from time tracking sheet in RTC workitem.
