Artifact attribute print order

Hi I am wondering if anyone is able to assist please.

Due to the regulated environment I am in, we need o be able to print RM Modules in order to get these signed.

The problem I am having is:

I have created an Artifact, this artifact then has several attributes i.e.

Artifact A

Attribute 1
Attribute 2
Attribute 3
Attribute 4

A number of these and other types of artifacts are created and pulled together in a module. I then create a view in which enables me to view the attributes in the order I want them, which is the same order as that in the Artifact Types.

When I however decide to Create and Print a Word or PDF document, the order of the attributes of the artifact are  jumbled i.e.

Artifact A

Attribute 3
Attribute 1
Attribute 4
Attribute 2

How can I produce the document so that the attributes of the artifact are in the same order as those listed for the artifact in Artifact Types?
