LQE CCM reindex internal server error with some work items

When I reindex ccm with the lqe I'm getting internal server errors (500) with 22 of my resources (work items). I have no idea how to solve that problem. How will I get those resources indexed?
Internal server error doesn't really tell me what's wrong - or does it?

Hello Ilona,

internal server errors (500) usually means that the application providing the data (RTC in your case) encountered an error while processing the request from LQE.

The first step would be to review the entries in ccm.log at the time when the error 500 is reported in LQE and investigate the root cause.

You are absolutely right - and I tried that and it didn't work, but then my whole server crashed... so there was obviously something bigger at play. When I solved this, getting to the bottom of the internal server error and then solving that issue worked perfectly!
