 Hi,


I have configured CLM 6.0.2 with oracle database on distributed environment with reverse proxy technique. All the applications are installed using liberty profile. I have created some reports in JRS and now i want add those reports widgets on RTC dashboad. After adding all the reports on dashboard when i click on Save button i am getting the following error:

There was problem saving the dashboard: HTTP/1.1 405 Method Not Allowed

Error 405: HTTP method PUT is not supported by this URL


Kindly guide me about this error.

Ahmed,
what reverse proxy are you running at what version? Can you share the httpd.conf it is using?
Usually this kind of error points to the web server in front of JTS and its configuration.
