Eclipse commit with wrong timestamp

Hi All!

Do anyone know why the Eclipse is doing the commits increased in 1 hour? We don't have this issue while using the web client.

I highlighted the machine time and the commit timestamp.

The tzdata on RTC Linux server (SO) is correct and also we applied the IBM Java correction too.
