How do I run the 'Generate Runtime Report' function to not include archived IDs and Teams?

I am using the RTC project 'Generate Runtime Report' to obtain a list of users who have access to my repository project teams. I noticed that this report also includes archived ids and teams. Is it possible to run this report for Active users only? This is on Eclipse SDK 4.2.2, RTC 6.0.1
