We tried uninstall, clean all team concert and workspace folder and reinstall of RTC eclipse, but no success.

FYI, The user does not have any java installed on his machine.

Can anyone please help to fix the issue.

Thanks,
Vinay

The error in your log file is normal and not relevant to the issue.
The error "Java was started but returned exit code= 805306369" looks like an Eclipse problem. You may find various causes and solutions from http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10157794/java-was-started-but-returned-exit-code-805306369
In addition, if the issue is only happened to one user, please check what's the difference between this user's machine and other machines.
