Can we make dependent custom categories in RQM?

Can we make dependent categories in RQM? Its possible in RTC as enumeration and I have done it already.
For Example
Release : Release 1 , Release 2, Release 3
Project : Proj1 , Proj2, Proj3, Proj4, Proj5, Proj6

When I select Release 1 , it should only show me Proj1 and Proj2
When I select Release 2 , it should only show me Proj3 and Proj4
When I select Release 3 , it should only show me Proj5 and Proj6

You can not create dependencies between categories in RQM. But you can create sub-categories under the parent category, which is a set of values that depend on the value selected in the parent category.
