Problem with Contributor filter on JRS Report Builder 6.0.2 with LQE

I am using JRS 6.0.2

I have created 2 reports :

1) All Issues (using Rational Data Warehouse)

2) All Issue (using LQE)

I have standard columns in both of them:

Issue ID
Issue
URL
Owner

When I try to filter both the reports for Owner, I dont see any value in All Issue (using LQE) but All Issues (using Rational Data Warehouse) works fine.

Is this a product issue?
