Officially, Windows 10 Pro is not supported for CLM 5.0.2 (see https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMSystemRequirements50#A1_Server_Operating_Systems and https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMSystemRequirements50#B1_Client_Operating_Systems).

I browsed various IBM links of CLM system requirements for CLM 5.0.2, I also found that Windows 10 Pro is not supported for CLM 5.0.2
I actually installed CLM 5.0.2 on windows 10 Pro along with setup of jetty testing environment. Setup is successfully completed and running, I hope it will not cause any problems in the future.

the Jazz wiki said that CLM 5.0.2 is not supported on Windows 10: this means that CLM has not been tested on that OS and, if you have a problem, you are not entitled to support.
Anyway, CLM could work even on a non-supported OS.
It is up to you to try and take some risks.
