Error uploading artifact in Rational DOORS Next Generation 5.0.2

I'm getting an error message when I upload an artifact.

I'm working on this way:

1) I click on Upload Artifact;
2) I select a file;
3) I click ok, in Upload File screen;
4) An error message appears;
5) I click on F5 and my file appears in dashboard.

The error message is:

The file could not be uploaded to the server.

ID CRRRW7230E  The server request to upload the file to the server could not be completed.
