[closed] SERVER IBM X3100 M4 ( IMM MEMORY INITIALIZED )

When start my server show "IMM MEMORY INITIALIZED" and stay a few minutes stops...after it, system initializing ...but 20 minutes and not

boot hard drivers, etc

We did everithings:

remove hard drivers, memory, clean mother board

there is no led error on it

something help us to fix it ?
