CLM sending the same email notification multiple times

Hi all,

My client is complaining about CLM sending the same notification over and over again. When someone makes a comment on a work item, CLM sends an email notification, but is sometimes sanding the same email multiple times for the same comment.

Is it possible? Is there any thing I can do to ensure that we have (or not) an issue?
