Error initializing reports service - RTC 2.0

I don't know how , but the issue doesn't exist now. The reports are
working fine. But I would really like to know if anyone of you seen
this behaviour before.

I haven't seen this, but good (if disturbing) to know it went away. Is
your server running on Windows or Linux?
