What is "New and Noteworthy" about M2A

I noticed that M2A is released. However there doesn't seem to be a "New and Noteworthy" Section for M2A. The M2A page displays the M2 information. What is M2A? Is M2A RTC compatible with M2 Jazz?

You will find the Requirements in the 'All Incubators' archive (JazzAllIncubators-0.6M2a.zip).

Incubators are technology development efforts that are less mature than betas and at times are experimental. Unlike betas, which are clear statements about commercial product intent, incubators may evolve to become part of a beta, or we my discontinue them.

The requirements incubator was a productive experiment for the Jazz team in undertanding how requirements play in a collaborative ALM environment. We will be discontinuing the incubator. We learned a lot from the effort and are currently considering the directions we want to take.
