Test Spec/ Test Plans are available in Doors.
How to export the Testspec/TestPlan from Doors to RQM.

Kumar,

Artifacts from DOORS can not be exported to RQM directly. You can use RQM excel/word importer tool  to feed artifact to RQM from Excel/Word document. You might want to refer sample files copied by Excel/Word Importer tool to create using DOORS export feature.
