Mapping of the Defect status of RTC 6.0.2 with RTC 6.0

The status in 6.0.2 are different from what we had at 6.0.

Is there a one to one mapping of the different values for 6.0 with 6.0.2

Also, can we add new values in Defect Status.

This does not make sense. If you upgrade your process will be brought over. So you won't have to do anything.
