Hi,
I would like to get e-mail notification for every change done to any defect in my project area, regardless of my relationship to it.
What I want is a type of feed that each event is sent to my e-mail.
Is there a way to do that?

No, this is not yet supported, though there are requests existing that
ask for a way of subscribing to some kind of Inbox (=Category) from Mail.
