Widgets of “Burndown by Story Points” not getting reflected properly in RTC

Hi Team,

We are using RTC 6.0.1.

We have verified Data Collection Jobs for RTC, all the jobs are running fine but We are seeing some Widgets of “Burndown by Story Points”  report not getting reflected in one of our project. Please refer the attached screen shot for the same.

Well your picture doesn't appear.   Things I've seen that affect the burndown

  • Sprint has ended -- data not updated after
  • Including "My Teams" on the widget setup

In almost all of the cases where there appeared to be no data in the data warehouse it has been a user issue:
  • Incorrect configuration
  • Incorrect project/team structure
  • Lack of understanding how categories, timelines and planning work all together.
I can see the screenshot when editing the question, however it does not provide any useful information anyone could work with.
