CRMYE0005E: The parameter valued for Rhapsody UML could not be loaded

After you have imported the Rhapsody sample (SysML Handset Model) in DM and I attempt to use that model in reporting (RPE), I setup the parameters to apply the report template to the model and it did not report anything back for the Rhapsody UML parameter field.  It returned “CRMYE0005E: The parameter valued for Rhapsody UML could not be loaded.”

Has anyone come across this issue and if so, what resolution addressed the issue?

probably this is a known issue and would be fixed on 4.0.4
