How to integrate JIRA and RTC

In our organization some users use JIRA and some RTC. We need to integrate both of them so that RTC work items are visible in JIRA. Any guidance on this would be appreciated. We are using RTC 4.0.7 and JIRA 6.4

after some RnD i found that Rational OSLC adapter for JIRA can be used for this purpose , Could you please provide me more details on this ??
