RQM Custom categories not reflected fully in Report Builder

We are currently using CLM 6.0.0. I have created a few custom categories in RQM. For eg. I created a custom category for Test Cases with a few option availalble as a drop down. I have notices that these categories take a few days to actually pop up in report builder, and also they do not show all options on the drop down. Is there anyway to somehow sync the categories in RQM to Report builder so that it can appear quicker and show all options available on the drop down list? Our DCC jobs run every 1 hour.

You can refresh data source in Report Builder to get the change from data warehouse sooner.

I am not sure if not showing all options is the same issue or not. In v6.0 QM, there are several known defects related
to custom category in QM's JRS report, for example:

if refreshing datasource does not resolved the issue, potentially this is another issue required further investigation.
