Mike Rolls (12631813) | asked Aug 21 '09, 6:56 a.m.
Created a number of requirements in RRC & linked to a ReqPro project (running v7.1). The majority of requirements were successfully transferred but a couple failed with an error:

CRRRC1902E 1 requirement could not be created
CRRRC1800E The RequisitePro operation failed: 500

Try clicking configure again. I've seen it fail on the first and even second attempt but then eventually succeed.

Correction, hitting the button again may get you through the setup but be very cautious of this as in my situation I eventually found the server did not work correctly. My issue was caused by a pop up window disappearing during the rdm server setup which had me hit the configure button without the proper user. Upon realizing this and running through the setup again all has been resolved with no errors.

With RRC 2.0 make sure you are running RequisitePro 7.1.1 (not 7.1)
