For example, in Work Item history, if there is a change to a work item description,
it will put a strikethrough and red highlight to deleted text, and green text for text that is added.
It looks like the below example:

Description:                  This line has been deleted is created


I was wondering if we could customise Email Template (velocity) within RTC, to display something like above for email notifications (when there are changes in work item descriptions).
