Hi Dan,
Our previous cloud trial cycle ended on July 22, 2016. At that time, all existing sandbox projects were deleted. We now have 2 GC enabled CE trial systems (one running the latest GA and the other running the latest milestone). You can create a new project by starting here: https://jazz.net/products/sandbox/ |

I entered my user name and password on the Log on window. then, I got an error message the 404 - page not found.
It was working 2 weeks ago..
Thanks for the details. I can't personally help you, but hopefully someone comes along and knows the status of 'https://jazz.net/sandbox03-ccm/web/'. The host/repository doesn't appear to exist anymore, let alone your specific project.
