Unable to provide Write/Read access to more than 3 users

Hello Surendra -
You'll only have 3 licenses out of the box when you install RQM. You need to get access to more CALs (Client Access Licenses) for the rest of your users.
This is a fact of two licensing portions:
The Server license defines the max number of licenses you can use with the server.
You then need individual CALs for each user of the server.
