I have followed the RQM online help (search for ClearQuest and then click on "Setting up integration with Rational ClearQuest". When I try to link the RQM project area, the link page, I get the following error in the Add link dialog.

Problem Fetching Remote Data:

Unable to load URL: /jazz/proxy?uri=https%3A%2F%2F10.12.88.215%3A443%2Fjazz%2Frootservices&dojo.preventCache=1250715151906, Status: 500


The error seems to be similar to the one reported in this thread but not much help there. http://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?p=17729

Hey Gary,

I know we covered this over the phone already but figured I'd provide a brief resolution on this.

It appears that the root services URL that was used for ClearQuest was incorrect, it should have been of the form:
https://<rqm>/jazz/cqrest/repo/<schema>/discovery
