what are the final configuration setup steps for CLM 6.0.2?

I installed CLM 6.0.2 on my Windows 2012 server. When I tried running the following from internet explorer:  https://localhost:9433/jts/setup after the jazz server was running, I could not connect.

 I used an evaluation configuration using Tomcat and Derby. Is there another way to finish setting up the CLM configuration?

CLM 6.0.2 no longer bundles Tomcat in its installation - Liberty is now the default. If you do use Tomcat, make sure that you have made the necessary "IBM specific" changes in the server.xml file - you can grab a copy of this file from a older version and have a look.
