How to set the default stream owner in RTC?

We have a project area that contains a team area.
A small subset of the PA members are also members of the TA; the other users are members of the PA only. Whenever a PA user creates a stream, the stream ownership is assigned by default to the TA, even if the user who created the stream is not a TA member. Is there a way to change this behaviour, in order to assign the ownership to the PA by default? The RTC version is 4.0.5. |

There is no way to set a default stream owner. Feel free to open up an enhancement request.
I took a quick look at the code (written by developers in 2007), and it appears that when we create a new stream, if the project area has only one team area, we set that team area as the default owner... otherwise the project area becomes the default owner (with no way to customize this).
