 Hi,
I have installed Rational Team concert 6.0.1 as trial version on 30 days before in my laptop. It was worked well while installing from till yesterday. Now it encountered two server errors. When I start my jts/admin page I have this error on the diagnostics link :
  •  "Application: the discovery resource at https://localhost:9443/ccm/rootservices for "/ccm" cannot be accessed:The returned HTTP status was 400"
  •  "Application: the discovery resource at https://localhost:9443/ccm/scr for "/ccm" cannot be accessed:The returned HTTP status was 400".
I try to diagnostics it. But still these errors appears. As this error appears, am not able to connect repository and not access any project areas in both web & eclipse client.

Kindly help me know how to resolve these errors.

Thanks,

You said that you tried to troubleshoot the problem, what did you fiind? There two errors don't mean much and we need to find out the underlying errors.

Sorry i didn't try any troubleshooting for this problem.
When I start my jts/admin page I have this error on the diagnostics link and application and friends tab :Application: the root services resource at https://localhost:9443/ccm/rootservices for "/ccm" cannot be accessed:
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out and Application: the service contribution resource at https://localhost:9443/ccm/scr for "/ccm" cannot be accessed:
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out"

also in eclipse client it throws the error "CRJAZ2942E A request from this server to another server could not be completed. The other server returned a 400 HTTP error with this error text: Bad Request."
I couldn't access to my project areas as repository is not get connected in eclipse client.
could you help me how to resolve this error.

It appears that the CCM application cannot start up correctly. If you don't know how to troubleshooting, you'd better raise a ticket with Support, as quite a few log files need to be examined to determine the cause and the online forum is just not a good place for such work.
