We have CLM 6.0.1 setup running on Websphere 8.5.5. I would like to know the configurations to be done from Websphere application server side to add Javascript extensions. I could see most of the guidelines are based on tomcat server. If some sample template is available, that will be really helpful.

This document gives pretty detailed instructions: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RMExtensionsHostingGuide601. I've not tried it myself as I am running locally on Apache.
