RTC 3.0 License reporting showing incorrect data
basically historical license usage for Floating developers looks incorrect. Basically reporting is showing us exceeding our maximum available with no errors, denials. The current license usage view doesn't have as many licenses that are reported.
Since this is not happening with our Floating Contributor licenses, we suspect that for floating dev licenses they are not being reset to 0 when there is a server restart.
Is anyone else seeing this and know if this can be easily remedied?
Could this be affected by not utilizing the proper server.shutdown script to stop tomcat?
